If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return.
SipSnaps are a personal hydration product we cannot accept returns on opened and used products.
SipSnap TOT is spill proof, but not leak proof. We do not refund for leaks. SipSnap KID uses any straw of your choice, liquid can flow out of the straw if the cup is knocked over, but you can do a lot to control spills with these lids!
We do not refund or replace lost product due to an incorrect address.
Please contact us and include your name, order # and reason for return and we will get back to you with further instructions.
Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.
